Ok
Ok. Easy to use, but doesnt compare to Gentle Alarm by Mobitobi for Droid. Would like a vibrate only option and to download my own music.
4 Star alarm
This has everything u could want except for one key detail; the alarm will NOT play if ur phone is on silent mode. Make sure that u turn the sound tab (top left corner) on or u will be late to work. Please fix this issue with an update.
One weird thing.
Nice sounds, easy to navigate, but randomly changed the alarm date to next week so the alarm didnt sound when it should have. This happened twice- its weird.
Be careful
This app doesnt work well. It didnt sound I guess because the phone was on silent and it disactivated my regular phone alarm that I had put on just on case.
Lame
Despite the not so great reviews I gave this app a chance because I wanted non-jarring alarm clock sounds. As others noted, if the phone is on silent (muted by the slider upper left on phone) no alarm. When the alarm goes off it gives you message alert which you have to click, it opens the app, and then you click again to turn the alarm and sound off. Which you will want to do because the sounds are super lame. The bowls and bell-type sounds are jarring, mostly high pitched except for one particularly ugly low pitched wind chime sound, and many others are like circa 1980s new age music. The bird calls are among the most pleasant options. Im deleting the app and wish there was a refund for clunky interface and poorly selected and executed sound.
